7. Fraud
It is a violation of these Terms for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, and/or electronic checks. A determination of such misuse or fraudulent use shall be in Real Estate Finders Website Portal's sole discretion. 8. Violations by the Member/User
8.1 Scripts

8.3 Refund policy
Real Estate Finders Website Portal and Affiliates shall not have any obligation to refund payments made by Members terminated for violating these Terms.
9. Termination
The User Agreement to the aforementioned terms and conditions is effective until and unless terminated by you or Real Estate Finders Website Portal. You may terminate your account at any time and likewise, the website portal may do so but without giving notice to you. Real Estate Finders Website Portal could deny you access to the site at the sole discretion for any reason which need not be disclosed to you.
In the event of termination by yourself, you will be refunded, only at Real Estate Finders Website Portal's sole discretion, whatever Member's Fee on a pro rata basis. Any commission earned by the Member as a consequence of his membership of Real Estate Finders Website Portal shall be returned to Real Estate Finders Website Portal.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms should, for any reason, be held invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the remainder of these Terms shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
